This is a CID investigation into the death of Abdul Wali, a detainee at the Bagram Airfield (BAF), Afghanistan on December 19, 2008. It is reported that Mr. Wali was in his cell when he experienced a medical emergency. The soldier who responded found Mr. Wali in distress and called for medics.
