One of the emails in this chain states "We didn't actually interview (redacted detainee) at Camp Echo at all, as we decided to wait until he was moved to Camp 5, which has no notifications or IP requirements, and we believe Camp 5 serves our purposes almost as well as Echo anyway we are not working with DoD on (redacted detainees), both detainees are being handled by the Special Projects Team."
