This is a CID investigation into the death of Mohammed Anwar Abdulkarim, a detainee at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq, on October 27, 2007. Mr. Abdulkarim was attacked by another detainee and stabbed to death. It is reported that several detainees conspired to carryout the killing. Criminal charges were brought against the attackers.
