- Unnamed detainee alleged "he was kicked by the interrogator while he was in a kneeling position on the floor with his hands behind his back." Detainee was told to squat (down on his knees with his hands behind his back). The air conditioner in the interrogation room had been shut off due to electrical problems. When detainee moved to wipe sweat from his brow, interrogator kicked him in the knee. Investigation concludes that detainee's "claim of abuse was unfounded."
