Letter from an individual to Sec. of State Powell concerning the treatment of his uncle and US refusal to state where he was and if he was still alive. The gentleman states "Everything the government is doing to my uncle is against the US constitution, International law, and Universal Declaration of Human Rights. There is a legal system the US follows; all we want is to have America follow that." and then cites different principles of law.
