Continues, "No detainee showed any sign of abuse and I never heard any stories or accounts of detainee abuse at the [redacted] facility." Mentions two detainees whose "medical condition did become an issue during their detainment," because "they broke free of their flex cuffs and had to be physically restrained to be re-cuffed." Mentions a female detainee (presumably the same one mentioned in ACLU-RDI 2565 and ACLU-RDI 4787) but states, "I never medically screened her." States, "I do not think anyone was abused to coerce confessions."
