This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Taha Daher Muhammad Al-Ithawi, a detainee of camp Cropper, Baghdad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Al-Ithawi was admitted to the Camp hospital with multiple medical problems, including acute renal failure, untreated diabetes mellitus, and an acute myocardial infarction.
