This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Ismael Hamid Ali, a detainee at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq, who collapsed while playing volleyball. It is reported that after collapsing, Mr. Ali was unresponsive to oral commands and made gurgling sounds. The Report states that upon arrival at the camp medical facility, Mr. Ali remained breathless, without a pulse and with fixed and dilated pupils. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. Cause of Death: Arrththmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia; Manner of Death: Natural.
