This is the Autopsy Report of Hishim Shadad, a detainee who died at the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF), 21st Combat Support Hospital (CSH), Abu Ghraib, Baghdad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Shadad was initially treated at the 10th CSH for treatment for gun shot wounds, but when it was discovered that he was an anti-Iraqi fighter, he was then transferred to the BCCF 21st CSH Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The Report states that Mr. Shadad was a patient at the 21 CSH for twenty days (20) until he expired from his injuries. Cause of Death: Complication of Gunshot Wound of the Torso; Manner of Death: Homicide.
