This is the Autopsy Report of Amer Ibrahim Mussa-Muhammed, Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Mussa-Muhammed was found in the detainee barracks with a string tied around his neck, no signs of life and bleeding from the nose & mouth. The Report states that when medics arrived, life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. Mr. Mussa-Muhammed was pronounced dead at the camp hospital.
