FBI Memo re: Interview of Detainee at Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay

Detainee interviewed at Camp Delta Guantanamo. Detainee was asked again about the possibility of a planned mass suicide occurring amongst the detainees at the Camp. He said he knew nothing more about it and it did not apply to him. The detainee was told that he was named as being at a terrorist training camp and told that "simply attending the training camp prior to 09/11/01 did not constitute a crime and the greater issue at hand was for him to admit his involvement and move ahead". In response he "asked the interviewers if we wanted him to lie to make things easier and denied [redacted]. He was then asked to go over the events leading up to his capture, contents redacted. The interview concluded with the detainee stating that he wanted to be returned home.
