This file contains documents relating to the death of Ibrahim Muhsin Khamas, a 28-year-old Iraqi detainee who was killed by a mortar blast at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca on on June 9, 2007. Mr. Khamas was injured in a mortar attack on the Camp, and was brought to the hospital after sustaining injuries.
