      This statement by a Military Officer is a detailed report on several incidents of detainee abuse and misconduct by military personnel at Abu Ghraib prison in 2003 & 2004.  There are allegations that are described as merely being herd of and some where the deponent states they witnessed an incident. The document is of a poor quality and difficult to read in its entirety.

      - Unknown date, Abu Ghraib (Baghdad Correctional Facility (BCCF)), Iraq, Death- Interviewee stated that as a result of poor facilities and a lack of resources that around October 20-25 he/she decided to serve in a Mayoral capacity. The interviewee recalled a number of incidents. The first incident, interviewee recalled an incident where a detainee died in the shower area. The interviewee explained that OGA brought the detainee in and a SEAL Team captured the individual during one of their missions, the "SEAL team member butt stroked him on the side of the head."
