The response, which is included in the email as a forward, states that a member of the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime in the Critical Incident Response Group traveled to Guantanamo Bay to provide interview/interrogation to FBI special agents. During their visit, they observed treatment of another detainee by a non-FBI interview team "which included tactics that, while not overly aggressive, were clearly not consistent with Bureau interview policy/guidelines."
