Agent's investigation report on an unknown Iraqi national at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq on November 4, 2003. This report indicates that the detainee stopped breathing and was found face down in the shower after an interrogation. Detainee is most most likely Manadel Al-Jamadi.
