This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Salim Abo Alla Habib Al-Sarray, a detainee at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Cropper, Baghdad, Iraq. On November 11, 2007 Mr. Habib Al-Sarray was reported to the 31st Combat Support Hospital (CSH) at Camp Cropper complaining of chest pain. Mr. Al-Sarray subsequently suffered a witnessed heart attack. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive Mr. Habib Al-Sarray. He was pronounced dead at the CSH.
