This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Muhammad Qusay Khalid, a detainee at Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Khalid was admitted to the hospital after being assaulted by unknown detainees. Khalid subsequently suffered a stroke and died.
