This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Ibrahim Ismail, a detainee who died at the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF), Abu Ghraib, Baghdad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Ibrahim was admitted to the BCCF on May 26th, and thereafter developed Sepsis Syndrome from a previously received gunshot wound to the stomach. The Report states that it is not known how, or where Mr. Ibrahim incurred this gunshot, only that it became infected, and he died as a complication of the injury. It is also reported that he suffered from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). Cause of Death: Complication of Gunshot Wounds to the Abdomen; Manner of Death: Homicide.
