This is the Autopsy Report of Husham Nafit Ghafar, a detainee at the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF), Abu Ghraib, Baghdad, Iraq, It is reported that Mr. Ghafar died from a shotgun blast. The Report states that Mr. Ghafar was killed when he & other detainees were uncontrollable, and lethal force was used to subdue the crowd he was in. Cause of Death: Shotgun Wound of the Head; Manner of Death: Homicide.
