This is the Autopsy Report for Hatem Krarem Lateef, a detainee who died at the 31st Combat Support Hospital (CSH) on July 4, 2007. It is reported that Mr. Lateef was admitted to the CSH after receiving numerous battlefield injuries including shrapnel injuries, lacerations of the liver, kidney damage, and brain injury. Cause of Death: Complications of Blast & Blast Fragmentation Injuries; Manner of Death: Homicide.
