This is the Autopsy report & Death Certificate for Fu'ad Ali Abd, a detainee who died at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq. It is reported that Mr Ali Abd suffered a cerebral vascular accident one month after being diagnosed with a myocardial infarction, and it is this that caused his death. The Report states that after Mr. Ali Abd was admitted to the Camp Hospital his condition was such that "Do Not Resuscitate" orders were decided for him after an ethic committee meeting.
