Holds Military Police (MP) solely responsible for all actions and deems them accountable "regardless of the fact that they were outranked, quoted a regulation/policy they were not familiar with, or simply bullied into compromising our standards." MPs are instructed to immediately notify their supervisor if any questionable behavior during interrogation, an supervisor will log the action and make immediate contact to the Provost Office.
