The emails goes in to detail on how FBI agents serving at Guantanamo should conduct themselves and not deviate from Bureau policy when conducting interrogations. It states that they should conduct themselves at Guantanamo as they would in the field, and to "stand clear" when appropriate. It also states that the FBI views non-traditional methods of interrogations as "suspect, at best".
