This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Yasser Talal al Zahrani, a 21 year old Saudi male being held at Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility, Cuba. Mr. Al Zahrani along with Mana Shaman Allabardi Al Tabi and Ali Abdullah Ahmed each apparently took their own lives by hanging themselves in their cells in a coordinated suicide. The Report states that Mr. Al Zahrani was found hanging in his cell, breathless & pulse-less. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive Mr. Al Zahrani. He was pronounced dead at the Camp clinic. Cause of Death: Hanging; Manner of Death: Suicide.
