This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Hassan Hadan Rakad, a detainee at the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF), Abu Ghraib Prison. It is reported that Mr. Rakad suffered from cardiac ailments, including cardiac arrests occurring just prior to his dying. The Report states that Mr. Radak was in the prison hospital ward when he died. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him.
